The project aims at the rational management of critical areas of service by the municipality such as waste management, e-services to drinkers, the management of the drinking water network and the operation of the Site Management Mechanism. In addition, it includes the provision of equipment for the free access of residents and visitors to a small-scale wireless network at a public hot spot. Upon completion of the project, the municipality has a complete system for:

1. remote control and taking measurements from water meters without the passage of a measurement workshop to 50 water meters in the area
2. the control of the fullness of the bins located in remote areas and in crowded places such as schools, public buildings, KAPI, churches, rural clinics, etc.
3. control of the movement of garbage trucks, civil protection vehicles as well as construction site vehicles using an advanced fleet monitoring and management system
4. Citizens’ participation in day-to-day municipal affairs using the proposed electronic consultation platform and participatory budgeting, as well as the implementation of
5. the management of the Hydroeters (Y / M) at the boundaries of the Municipality. The application manages the Municipal Water Supply Register and provides access using the Municipal Water Supply Register using a username and password.
6. the free access of the citizens and the visitors to the wireless network (WiFi) that will be created in ten (10) points (squares) within the limits of the Municipality
