The Municipality of Sami aims to οrganize and operate a modern business centre which has energy self-sufficiency, communications, information processing and citizen information capability and operates as a direct response centre to the needs of the citizens.

Within the framework of the project the Municipality of Sami has procured the following:

• Equipment for the civil protection crisis management centre using the Internet of Things technology.
• Unified platform for the interconnection of Internet of Things components.
• Digital crisis management command and control centre.
• Digital information platform for citizens and visitors.
• Emergency and consequence management plan and configuration on the civil protection platform.
• Automatic activation sound sirens.
• Outdoor displays.
• Transponders and radios with integrated GPS tracker to cover the monitoring of the municipality’s vehicles.
