The Municipality of Preveza aims at the creation and installation of a personalized smart city software platform in cloud computing, for the download, collection, processing and computational analysis of data from pilot applications and other available open-source data in order to inform the citizen and those responsible for downloading decisions. - Urban Mobility Management and Monitoring Center in the Municipality of Preveza
The Center for Management and Monitoring of Urban Mobility of the Municipality of Preveza contributes to the promotion of sustainable mobility in the city by placing in the center of planning and management of transport the mobile, both permanent resident and tourist, while also serving its broader objectives. implementation of the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SBAK).
Objects of the Center for Management and Monitoring of Urban Mobility are the collection of all necessary traffic data to serve travelers (through the provision of high-quality transport services and information / participation services) and decision makers having at their disposal a rich traffic base. data to be utilized but also the direct contact with the mobiles to meet real needs.
- Waste collection fleet management system
The proposed solution will store all the data on the smart city platform and will carry out a relevant analysis regarding the activity of the fleet of vehicles in which portable monitoring devices are installed. This ensures the provision of open data, ie data that is accessible via the Internet by citizens (in statistical representation).
Sustainable waste management of the Municipality of Preveza is a goal in the direction of sustainability, as through smart management can be solved various problems related to environmental pollution, climate change and public health.
- Energy Management System related to Municipal Lighting
The proposed platform will concern the development of an integrated energy management system in public infrastructure and buildings. It should incorporate a holistic approach to managing the energy data and additional information that will be collected.
The pilot application will support the complete configuration of the platform in the basic smart city platform (eg users and their roles, management of energy metering sensors in the central panel and in selected parts of public infrastructure) as well as the support of advanced energy data analysis techniques (normalization of raw energy data, energy disintegration techniques, energy consumption forecasting algorithms), making it a complete package for energy management in municipal lighting infrastructure scalable and in buildings.
